SA Café Student Account Policy

After A troubling start last year with the online payment system, we are looking forward to a fresh start to the new school year. SA Café is not setup for charge accounts. All accounts need a positive balance so that students can draw from them for their purchases. Once an account goes to -$10, that student will not be able to charge, until money is deposited on their account.

Accounts can be set-up on ‘My Payment Plus’ so that once your student reaches a certain balance, it can be automatically replenished or you can make deposits as needed. On this app you will also be able to see all purchases and payments made in near real-time. Note that this is a third-party system and we do not have access to your personal information. If you ever have questions about payments or issues with their site, please contact their customer service at 877-237-0946.

Deposits can also be made here on property. You can send cash or check to the school and we can deposit it into their account at no charge. Please send in a sealed envelope with with the student’s name to the main office or to the cafe. If the deposit is for more than one student, make sure each name with the amount for them is noted in the memo section of the check or a note with this information is in the envelope. An email will be sent out weekly for balances under $10 as a reminder. Once the account goes into the negative another reminder will be sent and that will be followed by the student with a -$10 balance not being able to charge until the account is positive.
