Create A Portal
As we have been getting prepared to launch our new online re-enrollment platform through FACTS/RenWeb for the upcoming 2020-2021 school year, we discovered that we have many families who have never created their parent accounts in FACTS. In order to participate in re-enrollment for the upcoming year, parents must have an account. We are shifting Priority Registration Week back one day to allow ample time for parents to do this, and so Priority Registration will now take place from 8:00 AM on Tuesday, Feb. 4, through 3:00 PM on Tuesday, Feb. 11. Registration fees are $220 per family during Priority Registration, but the fees increase to $420 afterwards.
We will send out instructions for the online re-enrollment process on Monday, and we believe that you will find the process fairly easy to navigate. You will be required to input data this year that will then be saved and used for successive years, unless changes to your personal information occur (addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.). Additionally, should anyone need help or access to a computer, we are going to allow parents to come to the Media Center at school next Thursday and Friday from 12:00-1:00 PM and from 2:30-3:15 PM for assistance.
Again, if you have never created a parent account in FACTS/RenWeb, then you must do so by this Tuesday. Listed below are the instructions for creating an account:
FACTS Family Portal for Parents
1. Go to www.starkvilleacademy.org and click on the 3-petal icon in the top right corner (the icon just to the left of the magnifying glass search icon).
2. Click on “Create New Family Portal Account" (next to the orange Log In button).
3. Enter the email address you provided to the school. If you need to verify your email, contact Mrs. Prosser or Mrs. Prestridge in either school office.
4. Follow the directions to create an account.
**If you have an account from last year, it is still active. Login with District Code: stk-ms, and your username and password. Make sure the button next to “Parent” is highlighted.
Thank you for your assistance, and we look forward to transitioning to the new online re-enrollment platform.
