Began working at SA in 2004.

Starkville Academy embarked on its first ever Capital Campaign beginning in January 2007. We met and exceeded our goal of $900,000.00. As the campaign administrative assistant, this campaign was coordinated and operated through this office.

Some of the specific responsibilities included:

* preparing all files of prospective donors,
* overseeing the preparation of profiles and contact reports on
prospective donors, as well as, lists of prospect evaluation sessions
* acknowledging and maintaining totals on all campaign gifts
* implementing and maintaining a pledge reminder system to encourage
fulfillment of pledges
* generating all correspondence related to the campaign including
acknowledgment letters, committee meeting reminders, and so forth
* generating campaign reports - weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign
* generating, binding and distributing all proposals related to the
campaign
* maintaining a calendar with all appointments and meetings related
to the campaign
* scheduling solicitation appointments
* generating appropriate notices of meetings, notifying volunteers
and personnel
* tracking volunteer assignments
* maintaining supplies - printed materials and other for all
campaign items
* soliciting for donations
This office maintains confidentiality of donors, administrators and volunteers. This office will continue to track gifts and pledges that come in during the pledge period and beyond. Donations will continue to enable SA to enrich the school's educational programs, equipment and facilities. Tuition alone cannot meet all of the needs of our school.
An alumni base is being compiled to further enhance alumni relations.
