I feel kindergarten is one of the most important parts of school and it is my favorite age to teach. It is the building block for all years to come. We cover many new and exciting lessons. In reading we learn letter sounds, how to blend the sounds, and then how to read words and sentences. We are reading books by the end of the year! In math we learn counting, telling time, addition and subtraction, and many other fun things. With our units, we cover a broad range of social studies, science, and social interaction lessons that the students enjoy.
